Boxing Boot Camp

THIS IS NOT A CARDIO BOXING/KICKBOXING CLASS!! Boxing is one of the most demanding workouts that will get you in shape fast!!  You will strap on some boxing gloves and punch a bag for a unique fitness experience.

Our 6-week program combines the fat burning workout of our boot camp with boxing drills. You will learn proper boxing technique, which includes stance, jabs, upper cuts, and hooks. We will utilize heavy bags, focus mitts, jump ropes and footwork drills to keep the class intense, fun and highly effective!

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN BOXING GLOVES

SKINNY JEANS WORKOUT

Get your perfect jean fit with our 6-week program designed to shred calories, boost your metabolism and transform your body composition.  The skinny jeans workout will challenge your mind and body with a series of intense cardiovascular intervals and strength building activities that may include the following:
Sandbags, Sleds, Kettlebells, TRX, Boxing, Heavy Ropes and more.

TACTIX CLASSES - COMING JANUARY 2012

TACTIX is different! There are no jazzy dance moves, ancient philosophies, or useless routines. TACTIX is all about function, form, fun, and fitness! FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENINGS- COMING JANUARY 2012

What is Functional Movement Screening (FMS)? Functional Movement Screening™ is a new testing tool to assess fundamental human movement patterns in an effort to identify limitations and asymmetries that could predispose a person to training injuries due to overuse.

Personal Training- STARTING OCTOBER 2011

Lynnfield Boot Camp offers private & small group personal training packages. Each session is 45-60 minutes in length and consists of a combination of weight training, cardio, plyometrics, body weight exercises, speed & agility training and more for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!

If in the event you need to put your program on hold for a medical reason, you may do so and complete your remaining sessions at a later time provided your program is complete within six month of the date of purchase.
