Payment
All classes are held on Tuesdays & Fridays from 5:45-6:45 AM
Please note that during the first class of each session we will perform a body fat test, a weigh in, circumference measurements and answer any questions about the program. Don’t worry, we don't care what these numbers are, they are just a starting point that will be used for a post boot camp comparison. They are all done and held in confidence.
Also, please bring an exercise mat, a set of dumbbells (5-8 pounds) and water to class. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
